Happy this made an appearance! Raise your hand if you were personally victimized by the charts, I mean, how can this masterpiece of a pop song not chart in the US at all? At least it's use in Mean Girls will guarantee its longevity.

LITTLEST THINGS | LILY ALLEN

Voted By: @Phonetics Girl
Year: 2006
Country of Origin: England

Commentary:
If only we could have voted for 2 albums per artist... Instead, I'm showing some love to the least fun song on the standard edition of Alright, Still, cause mood - always 'n forever. Lily's 00s output is just
*chef's kiss* and there's half a dozen tracks I could have included here but Littlest Things has a rather consistent place in my heart - it's pure class showing no signs of replay fatigue even sixteen (16!) years later.

"Chapter Four" might be last song that has 0.0% chance of having another voter. I discovered it on Madden NFL 2004 of all things. Avenged Sevenfold and Atreyu ("The Crimson" at #18) were easily my two favorite bands from the 'metalcore era' of popular metal, circa 2002-2005. The only Avenged Sevenfold I enjoyed was from their first two albums, where they went a lot harder than they did from the City of Evil album onward. They dropped almost all of their screaming/growling vocals and became a straight up heavy metal band. This was also when they kind of 'sold out' I guess you could say with popular songs like "Bat Country" as they took home an MTV 'Best New Artist' award, even though the original fans rolled their eyes knowing damn well they were far from "new".
