Also, all this Mario talk (rightly) and not a single mention of the iconic Party series? I love board games, the Mario World and stupidity so it's was always a win for me.

Can’t believe someone else mentioned this, it’s one of my favourites but I’ve just cut it from my list. I love all the capcom games from that GameCube era. Veiwtiful Joe, Resi 4... good stuff!

Super Mario 64 is the most overrated installment in the Mario series.

 

Mario Kart 64 is widely considered best one, right?

 

I think it’s still highly regarded for the changes it made to the industry, but yeah, it won’t be featuring in my list.
