I'm still playing the first Alan Wake, just got to Chapter 4. I'm really taking my time to explore and find everything. I can't get my mind off of it, I even watched the Bright Falls mini series that serves as a prequel and read This House of Dreams on blogspot!
The biggest issue is that I have to watch a recap of American Nightmare and play Control and its DLCs before playing Alan Wake 2. Alan, step off my neck!

You can finally buy the original Dino Crisis on the PS Store without needing PS Plus Premium. After years asking Capcom for more attention to the series I definitely felt obligated to spend 10€ on it.

Don't forget Quantum Break if you've not played it already.

Another reason why Black Flag needs a remake...the diving sections. The controls are so janky and the camera seems to never want to focus on Edward and I ran out of air so many times trying to orientate myself to get out of wrecks or to find air barrels.
I also demand an option to have his diving/harpooning outfit made available to use all the time. I admire his....tattoos. Yeah, the tats.

I beat the second to last dungeon in Metaphor: ReFantazio and I’m a little over 60 hours in. Will probably beat the game tomorrow. As much as I want the game to be over with, the ramping up to the climax is really well done. I'm just at the point I get with almost all games.

I dont have an Xbox or a decent Pc so I’m gonna have to watch a gameplay of Quantum Break. Is it linked to Alan Wake?
Yes... but no. It's owned and was financed by Microsoft, not Remedy, so for presumably legal reasons the official answer is no. As always with the Wake universe though, not everything is as it seems.

This explains it a lot better than I could:

You'll get a good idea what it's about watching a playthrough but because of the way your actions impact the story you'll only ever be seeing a part of it. With a huge dose of luck it could possibly still get ported to Playstation. Failing that, get yourself a used Xbox or something, it's worth a play.

Having spent a good 10 hours on Rogue, I think in some aspects it is better than Black Flag. The naval stuff feels a bit more precise and easier to navigate, combat feels smoother and the air rifle is amazing.
The story about being an Assassin who then sides with the Templars is fascinating too, seeing someone become disillusioned with the way of one side and then siding with their mortal enemies is a great way to show the idea that there is more grey than black and white to "good vs. evil"
Shay isn't as fun as Edward though and I miss the pirate aspect.

Giving Unity a go tonight again. I remember really liking Arno and the Paris setting.

On the last five days of Metaphor. Excited to see how they wrap things up.

My favorite social link is the Brigitta one. Her pain was so palpable and well portrayed.

Any I’ve played a couple hours and I forgot how stunning the game looks? And the fact you can customise your outfit individually as well as the whole thing is a nice touch.
Also rediscovered the fact you can go all Poirot and solve murders! I have barely done any of the main quests because the side stuff is so fun.

Oh no I've gotten into Genshin Impact now it's on Xbox ddd
If you value your bank account DONT SPEND A CENT on the game..
