I’ll obviously happily take another remake after how good Reload was, but can we please get Persona 6 crumbs at some point pretty please.mp3
Sega did say they were upping the dev count for the Persona teams in their last shareholder meeting so I'm hoping its ramping up for 2026. Metaphor outperforming expectations must help too.

I’m glad I played the Atelier demo, because now I know that RPGs with crafting systems are just … not for me. And the combat seemed kind of basic? I’m sure it opens up more, but it didn’t feel as responsive as I wanted it to feel.

Seeing a loading bar five years into the PS5 lifecycle was also a jump scare.

Tempted to buy Kingdom Deliverance 2 but is it as difficult as Elden Ring?
Elden Ring is a different beast altogether obviously but I'd say some parts of the beginning (so no spoilers) in KC2 when you wake up near the Trosky Castle without anything essentialy is even more tedious dd. I am not that seasoned player as others in the thread probably though.

This is really helpful thanks. At the moment I don’t have much of an attention span. Maybe I’ll wait to buy it in the future.

I went a bit crazy in Game last Friday as they're currently having a 20% off closing down sale, I finally bought Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth (I played the first FF7 remake during lockdown and loved it but I never got around to buying Rebirth), I also bought Final Fantasy XVI and Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster collection, which I'm very happy with as this is either sold out or expensive online.
I've also bought Final Fantasy 8 Remaster and X/X-2 Remaster as both are on sale on the PSN store, question is, which game do I play first??? Any suggestions, I'm thinking FF Rebirth since I've played this first FF7 remake chapter?

Definitely not a dealbreaker, but I do find myself wondering why such a simple feature couldn't have been introduced. It only mattered during the Yunalesca and Seymour Flux boss fights though.

I don't know much about game development so not sure how this works but apparently the X remaster had to be fully built from the ground up by a third party company because Square lost the source code. I've heard that as a reason for some features lacking + the face models being a little off compared to the X-2 remaster.

After playing Alan Wake 1 and 2 + DLCs I'm kinda done with the genre right now (I loved them but that's enough for a while). Any recommendations for a cute game with fun gameplay and not over complicated (but still entertaining) story?

Celeste or the Ori titles (if you’re into retro inspired 2D platformers and a challenge)
