I e-mailed them yesterday because I never got it either and it's been almost 2 months. They just gave me a tracking number and apparently the CD has been in my post office for 3 weeks but I never had any delivery notice. I just don't want to bother anymore.
Will they refund me the total order or should I ask for a refund to Paypal?
It was less than 24hrs that they replied my e-mail.

I like Banquet but I get the sense that they don’t have the resources to be fully efficient… sometimes at least.

It's only when I've done a chargeback with PayPal that I've ever got anywhere with Banquet Records and suddenly their soften. My experience of Ben on customer service is that he is a complete dickhead for the sake of it.

They didn't respond personally, but the order was cancelled and refunded this morning.

Thanks for the heads up on the code working! Ordered Elephunk and Monkey Business. They can keep The END; I’d rather cut my ears off than have to listen to Boom Boom Pow or I Gotta Feeling ever again.

I do wonder if Elephunk’s track listing is wrong because they’re pressing Let’s Get R-Word versus Let’s Get It Started.
