Third man was a civilian that was helping them (Hassan Akil) but yeah it’s not like Israel is not killing civilians everyday here. Yesterday, an 80 year old grandma was killed while watching her grandkids. Absolutely criminal.Three yesterday and the Reuters journalist before.

The fact that Palestine has faced -- officially -- 10x the casualties of the Hamas attack is ridiculous, and we all know the figures are higher in reality.Truce deal
A cease-fire agreement between the Hamas militant group and Israel has been confirmed.
- The Israeli government said that under the deal, Hamas is to free over a four-day period at least 50 of the roughly 240 hostages taken in its Oct. 7 attack on Israel.
- In exchange, 150 Palestinian prisoners would be released by Israel, mainly teenagers detained over the past year for rock-throwing and other minor offenses.
- The agreement would bring the first respite to war-weary Palestinians in Gaza, where more than 11,000 people have been killed, according to health authorities.
- Some 1,200 people have been killed in Israel, mostly during the initial incursion by Hamas
- Imprisoning teenagers who are using rocks to protect themselves from bombs/expensive USD-funded military tech
Thanks for sharing this. I'm glad it's been retained somewhere. I'll dive deep after work. This is the piece on genocide in Gaza that the Harvard Law Review pulled at the last minute. Well worth a read.

It's not guaranteed Wilders will be able to form a coalition though. He has ~35 seats, 76 are needed. None of the parties in second to fourth place will go into government with him.The Netherlands just voted an extreme right fascist party as the largest party. I'm so disappointed in my country, I literally feel sick and disgusted.

I've shilled it before but Johann Hari's Stolen Focus made an excellent case for Brazil's Bolsonaro specifically that he only won because of lies he propagated on Facebook. Good book: the thesis is basically that surveillance tech is a primary driver of society's ills, from children's (and adults') health and behavior, to politics.I blame Facebook for all of this.
It's disgusting that there is simply no mainstream outlet willing to engage in Israel's atrocities that hearing Norman speak about this is only possible to find on Candace Owen's podcast of all things.
His warnings on the crimes of Israel will be remembered as a voice we ignored for too long in history books.

It is highly disappointing, if not exactly shocking. Like Le Pen in France he's been gradually moving from political outcast status to genuine contender for years now. Last time it took 9 months to form a government so we'll see how this develops, but a centrist coalition led by Frans Timmermans could still get in.
The Netherlands are sadly entering their Trump era. I hate it. Ugh.
