Has anyone else noticed the distinct lack of previous X Factor contestants? I mean next week is the release week of JLS and Cher Lloyds new singles...JLS have appeared every year on their release week for the past 4 years...

I get the feeling they are saving the weekend of the Greatest Hits release to bring all of the successful contestants back. I predict a mega-medley.

The lack of James Arthur thus far is quite surprising though, but I assume they are leaving a solo performance for nearer Christmas with Emeli Sande? One Direction will also have a solo performance at some point, naturally.
