Canon 400D. Also a Fuji for the handy shots, and currently obsessed with Hipstamatic on the iPhone, which has given me things like:
Some of my shots. I hope to pick up photoshop this summer and learn to do more colour correction, edit out phonelines and so on.
I'm on the right, and that's party hats on our head. About 3 years ago my best friend and I thought we'd liven up our art excursion by taking photos of us looking bored wearing party hats wherever we were, and that is the best of them. None of it was staged apart from obviously being sat in the theatre - the position of the hats, the contrast between the way our bodies are positioned, the fact that the theatre was totally empty, all chance. It might be a "had to be there" or a "have to know us" thing but I find it really funny.
Wow you guys, your photos are phenomenal. Yous actually make me want to drop everything I'm doing and take on a photography course somewhere. Maybe some day I will!
I downloaded this app after seeing your pictures. It's great isn't it? Really gives photos an old fashioned authentic look. What settings do you recommend?
I know taking a pretty sunset picture is hardly an accomplishment but I still really like this one. It's all about the scary guy! Not a great shot, but the whole the rainbow máde an incredible night even more special. Not sure why, but I love this.
