Your unpopular pop opinions

'Bad Times' has gone on to be my favourite Annie song. It is AMAZING. Props to Heaven and Hell, Chewing Gum, Greatest Hit and When the Night. I rate Don't Stop well above Anniemal.

I don't really like 'Take You Home' or 'My Best Friend', but they're the only Annie tracks I'm not keen on (I even like 'The Breakfast Song' a bit now.

Everything about Bad Romance is shit.

Guuurl, you and I were seperated at birth....it's official.

I <3 you too, boo!

When it premiered, I was like...what is this...turns off radio.

I already discussed my distaste for the song a few pages back, but even the video was not that great..she is the Queen of throwing random shit together and tying it all together with one random-loosely wound thread, that video was just some random clusterfuck of fashion ad randomly floating crystals..pretty to look at. People be acting like it's Rainism or something.....and it is not even close.

You know those twee fridge magnets you can get with phrases like "Life's too short to drink bad wine" and "Life's too short to stuff a mushroom" on them? I'm going to get one that says "Life's too short to bother with people who don't like Bad Romance"!

Rainism is ART. The dancing was insane in that video...Gaga would be pressed, if she saw it.

I'm just going to say it, I hate The Fame Monster. The only tracks that I liked were; Dancing In The Dark (depending on my mood), Monster and So Happy I Could Die.

I only like Monster, and I tolerate So Happy I Could Die, and Telephone (But that is mostly because Beyonce fucks her verse sideways and makes it call her master...ownage).

Rainism is definately in my top 5 favorite videos of all time!

Telephone is so horrible, beyond belief. Britney had the sense to exclude it from her disappointing album.

BLACKOUT is an essential pop album. No one, not even blah blah could top it.

Indeed. Or alternatively:

I'm off to go and listen to... "Bad Romance"!

I didn't until recently, it's infected me a bit. There's some very good stuff there, but I could see why people wouldn't like it alright. I suppose it's like any genre really, if it doesn't suit your tastes, then you're never going to like it.

I endorse all of this...and for that, I will no longer escort you out of the K-pop thread haha.

I assume this is on the condition I avoid saying anything wrong about Key again, right? I can't see this lasting.

I LOVE Bad Romance, I just never thought of it as the highlight of the album. Alejandro, Telephone, Dance in the Dark are all stronger, in my opinion.

The middle eight is the best part of Only Girl (In the World) (In Brackets).
Really? I think it's the worst actually.
I think most people would agree with you! For me, in song that is an inferior retread of Commander in almost every way, the middle eight is the only part of Only Girl that I actually prefer when comparing the two. It's nothing special (much like the song itself) but I just love her vocals, especially when she repeats it a second time, and the general four on the floor goodness of it just makes me want to be in a club when I hear it.
