Zara Larsson

What I found interesting about The Guardian interview is that Zara mentions a former boyfriend who sounds like a right d**k as he seemed to be constantly trying undermine her, but she says that he was also an artist and I was wondering if anyone knows who it could be?

"One of the main changes was the decision to move away from certain social circles, including an ex-boyfriend. We met when I was 14, and we were back and forth for way too long. At the start of 2016, I had this really successful stretch of my career – I was on David Guetta’s Euros song This One’s for You, and I released my track Lush Life. But, despite how well my career was going, I never felt like I was the main character in my life – I was just the side character in his. I was drawn into his world, hanging out with only his friends. He was also an artist, and it seemed his only passion after we broke up was to do better than me. It felt like he could not be pleased for any of my accomplishments, and he would say things like: “I want to make more money than you and I’m going to be more successful.” Since then, I’ve definitely learned to surround myself with people who are truly happy for me."

Finally gave this a listen and I thought it was pretty decent. The singles plus half the album tracks are definitely solid, even if nothing really rises above 8/10 territory. It's probably her most consistent album too? I mean, it doesn't feel quite as all over the place as her last two at least. It's not amazing but it's good for a Zara Larsson album.

Now why is the digital cover the image of her with the shel and the physicals that face pic? Was it from before they changed it but had already locked in physicals?

Has anyone been to the VENUS tour yet?
We are going tonight at the Roundhouse and wondered if anyone knew the stage times, we are aiming to arrive as close to her start time as possible, around 8.30.

Seeing her tonight! Hoping she sees this setlist and chooses to do it (I know, unlikely):

Love Me Land
I Would Like
Bad Boys
Poster Girl
Carry You Home
Venus

All The Time
Look What You've Done
Don't Worry About Me
Words
Never Forget You
Ruin My Life

Memory Lane
Symphony
Wow
Need Someone

Ammunition
None of These Guys
You Love Who You Love
Ain't My Fault
End of Time

On My Love
Right Here
Lush Life
Can’t Tame Her

I'd definitely lower your expectations (and also halve the amount of songs!)

I very much enjoyed the Roundhouse show, she’s a powerhouse. But no All The Time and particularly no More Than This Was when she did 9/12 of the new album was a choice!
